Laticia is the Director of Clinical Education at AccessNurse. She began her career at AccessNurse as a triage nurse in 2011. In her role, Laticia is responsible for identifying, developing, assessing, maintaining, and tracking all clinical orientation and education activities. She delivers orientation and in-service training, plans TeamCare and TeamPeds educational coursework and develops annual competency assessments. In her spare time, Laticia enjoys reading, pottery, traveling,  and spending time with her family.
